Before having our basement waterproofed our basement was damp, dark and moldy. Now we can utilize this large space for storage and crafting. The fully contained sump pump has improved the cleannliness of our basement and the battery back up has completly eliminated flooding of our basement. (that we experianced at least twice annually).
