When I moved into my home 6 years ago I always had an inch or 2 of water on my basement floor. A stream runs through my property so I always had a wet floor. I did have a sump pump and it was noisy when it turned on and off each time it filled up. When Waterproofing Specialties came to my house and gave me a 100% guarantee that my basement would be dry, I at first was a skeptic. When they started it was right around the first of the year. We were having a very warm winter and the whole time they worked it poured down rain. They jack-hammered and carried all the scarp away and I had very little clean up involved on my part. Since then I have had no water on my basement floor at all. In fact it is totally dry and I no longer have to use the 2 dehumidifiers I used to run day and night. The new immersable sump pump is so quiet I never hear it turn on or off.  I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism that they showed to me.
