Not long after your work was completed, and you and your boys did and outstanding job! We installed new vinyl and carpeting in this church’s basement. Wow; what a difference! What a tremendous improvement! Then it rained, and rained for days on end, yet there was no moisture what so ever in the church basement. Instead, the water ran through the WaterGuard and the pump eliminated it. Were it not for what you did, several thousand dollars worth of carpet and vinyl would have been completely ruined, and many hours of labor totally wasted. We are profoundly grateful for your handiwork and advice. No more dampness; no more mildew; no more water damage. Honestly these people – some of them – were skeptical at the beginning; you’ve made believers of them and gave them back a real sense of pride in their church. Now they love showing people the basement!!

I had several issues with my basement. Humidity problems not solved by my dehumidifier; dampness in the crawlspace; and stone/brick walls that were beginning to leak. Waterproofing Specialties solved all three problems. In addition, leaking water from the basement door area was channeled to a drain. The basement is now dry.

I had Waterproofing Specialties Inc., of Ridgway, waterproof the basement of my home in November of 2001. The work was completely satisfactory. I have no more water on the floor.

Before having our basement waterproofed our basement was damp, dark and moldy. Now we can utilize this rather large space for storage and crafting. The fully contained sump pump has improved the cleanliness of our basement and the back-up battery has completely eliminated flooding of our basement (that we experienced at least twice annually) The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property.

They gave me an estimate and I had them do it. They did a fine, clean and very neat job. We now have a dry basement we can use without mildew and rusty tools. We should have had this done years ago.
