The new owners are probably putting in a second kitchen area.

Our basement leaked with water for over 25 years. Water came in thru the walls probably at a dozen places and up thru through cement floor in many places. I was very pleased with the work Waterproofing Specialties, Inc. did for me. They came and looked at the problem of the cellar-way allowing water to run into the cellar and knew exactly how to repair it. Gave me a price for the work and told me when they could come. They came when they said they would and cleaned up when they finished. It was very ingenious how they repaired it and it solved the problem. I would recommend their work gladly.

We are two very satisfied customers! Always in the past when we would have rain we would be concerned if the basement sump pump could take care of the water (which a couple of times it didn’t) and now when rain is forecasted we don’t even give it a second thought.! I had been having a water problem since 1996. The construction work of the 1995 waste water system altered my drainage. Several attempts were made to correct the water problem.
