We have been very pleased with the waterproofing system; we no longer have water or dampness in our cellar. It no longer has a musty smell. There is no more mold or mildew. The white paneling has made our cellar look 100% better. We have more room in the cellar, we can store anything and not worry about it getting moldy or rusty from dampness. When the job was being done, they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with everything.

We are very pleased with Waterproofing Specialties. Since they water proofed our basement, we have not had any water problem when it rains. I had water coming through the walls, at the floor, and you put in the baseboard water system on the front wall. Stopping the water from going across the floor. Now we have a nice family room in the basement, with NO water problem from the wall.

Having the sump pump means. I don’t have to be concerned when boxes, etc. are left on the basement floor—no need to search for room on a shelf somewhere. I especially like the audible alarm on the sump pump. If water rises to a certain level (which it hasn’t) the alarm will sound in my living room. Saves me lots of trips to the basement to check.

We had a severe water leakage problem in our basement for several years. Whenever there was a heavy rain we would have water all over the basement floor. We contacted Waterproofing Specialties to inquire if they could fix the problem. They said they could and they did! They were very professional in the manner in which they did their work, and even removed a cement wash tub for us at no charge. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We haven’t had a drop of water in the basement in two years.

I am most happy that I had the Waterproofing done and a fine job too. I’m sorry I didn’t have it done sooner. Now when it rains hard, I don’t have to worry about all the water I use to get in my cellar and the work involved. Now my cellar is nice and dry. I have space now if I want to store anything down in my cellar and I don’t need to worry that it will get wet. It’s a good feeling to have.

After several years of coping with a wet basement, Waterproofing Specialties came to our rescue. Even while remaining all the cement they did a fine job in keeping the mess to a minimum.
